I’ve always wanted to help people excel in Business Development.
When I started in the mortgage industry as a Business Development Rep, there was no training. There was no guidance. I had a huge learning curve and made a lot of mistakes while I was figuring out how to thrive as a BDR.
Then finally, it happened.
I figured out my scripting, timeblocking, and follow-up. When I did, the game changed for me. My business boomed as a result of figuring out what NOT to do and implementing the opposite.
Now I use that experience to help others.
Knowing I never wanted people to feel as lost as I was when I started in the business, I created the Business Development Bootcamp + Consulting platform to not only help loan officers or title companies hire great BDR’s but train them to thrive in their role.
